Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind

Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind is an independent mental health charity providing emotional wellbeing support, practical advice and community-based services throughout Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. As part of the wider Mind network, the organisation works to improve mental health awareness, reduce stigma and help individuals access appropriate support during challenging periods.

The charity offers accessible mental health and wellbeing conversations, self-help resources, counselling pathways, advocacy and guidance for people experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood and other emotional difficulties. Its Open Access service supports residents aged 11 and over through individual conversations, telephone or online appointments and community drop-in sessions. Additional services help people understand their rights, access local resources and develop practical strategies for managing their wellbeing.

Working alongside healthcare providers, local organisations and community partners, Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind delivers support through various locations across the region.
