Boundless Studio

Boundless Studio is an independent, artist-led animation and creative production studio based in Cardiff, specialising in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics and immersive digital experiences. Founded by Helen Turnbull and Alan Towndrow, the studio combines imaginative storytelling with technical expertise to create distinctive visual content for brands, agencies and creative organisations.

Its services include character animation, illustration, visual development, production design, motion graphics and digital storytelling for advertising, broadcast, social media and interactive platforms. Boundless also develops immersive installations using projection technology, spatial audio and animation to create engaging audience experiences. Working with creative collaborators, the studio adapts to projects of different sizes and requirements.

One of its notable productions is Peredur's Journey, a bilingual immersive animation inspired by Welsh mythology and supported by Creative Wales. The project highlights the studio's ability to combine traditional storytelling with modern technology while celebrating Welsh culture.
