The Shed at Treherbert

The Shed at Treherbert is a reuse shop based at Treherbert Recycling Centre on Treherbert Industrial Estate. It sells reusable items that have been donated or brought to the recycling centre, giving furniture, household items and other goods a second life instead of going to waste.

The shop is a good place to look for affordable second-hand furniture, home items, clothing, gifts and useful everyday finds. Stock changes regularly depending on what has been donated, so each visit may have something different.

The Shed is part of the wider reuse shop scheme in Rhondda Cynon Taf, helping residents buy reusable items at low prices while supporting recycling, reuse and charity work. RCT Council describes The Shed shops as a way to provide extra recycling and reuse facilities for local residents.
